The purpose of the book is to present and analyze the theory and practical applications of investment planning, as well as the methodologies - financing techniques and evaluation of investments and business programs, with emphasis on investment projects targeting development laws and secondarily on investment projects implemented based on the specifications of the Community Support Frameworks - ESPA.
