I ordered it and received it recently from here the day after the order. First, let's say that it is not a machete even though it is in this category here. I would say it is made more for combat and not for breaking branches and bushes. It is very sharp and the tip easily pierces a plastic bottle with minimal force. The blade is double-edged and can be sharpened further to become even sharper (which it already is quite sharp). It is quite light and has a sturdy handle, so it can be used relatively easily by both men and women alike. I believe it is a very good choice for home self-defense as at first glance it is quite imposing, and I think someone would think twice about approaching if they see it. If that doesn't work, the strikes it can deliver will definitely cause damage. The blade is made of carbon steel, and with this tip, it can pierce very easily, and its small size is ideal for use in small or tight spaces, while its double-edged blade will cause damage from whichever side someone uses it. That's why I say it is more for combat and not for survival in the wild. It will cut branches and bushes if needed, but that will reduce the lifespan of the blade as it will either bend or break at some point since its thickness and distribution are different from a machete, even though carbon steel is very durable as a metal in general. I should add that it comes with a very lightweight, discreet, and durable sheath. Finally, under the handle at the end, the blade has a tip that can be used to break glass. I think for the money it is worth more than it costs, as it is a proper combat weapon that has been adapted to today and can be used by everyone in an emergency. Kudos to United Cutlery.

Roman sword, known as gladius, with a tactical look in terms of materials and coloring. I would prefer a replica, but it's okay! It was given to me as a symbolic gift. Good construction quality made of carbon steel, very sharp, lightweight with a good grip, oiled blade, high-quality sheath, and it will spend its life in the living room as a decoration in its sheath. Now I'm looking to find the helmet of the warrior general Maximus Proximus!
