It has a screw on the top for adjusting the length of the cable, and as for its installation, it requires some attention as it has a hook in the middle for hanging, and those who have the classic old hook on the ceiling will need a little ingenuity and resourcefulness.
For me, it's simply perfect. I have two single ones and a three-light one in the living room. It ties together nicely because it's very simple and they match. The fact that it doesn't have glass is a positive for me because it's very easy to clean. Just a feather for dusting and you're done.
