Electric angle grinder Dewalt DWE4257 125mm 1500W with a maximum disc diameter of 125mm. It features a variable speed system to adjust the rotations according to the material. It has a switch with a relay system that prevents accidental startup of the tool when the plug is reinserted into the socket and the switch remains in the on position. It provides overload protection which reduces the tool's maximum performance, warning that the tool has overheated. The dust extraction system helps filter dust particles and removes them from the motor winding. With adjustable tool-free guard. The low-profile gear case facilitates work in tight spaces.

First of all, let me say that I am using a grinder for the first time and I have no experience with any other model/brand. I bought the version with the dust collection system and the diamond disc from Dewalt.
The set was used to grind mosaic tiles in a 35 sqm basement warehouse, and to remove concrete patches that had been applied in 2 spots in the warehouse.
Grinder impressions:
Although I had no experience with another grinder, it seemed very powerful to me and it cleaned the mosaic very quickly with 3-4 circular motions from above along with force. Every time I went to grind, I worked almost continuously for 2 hours (with 10-minute breaks). It was warm but I think within very reasonable limits. Together with thin Wurth Tigerflex work gloves, I could barely feel that I was holding something slightly warm.
Diamond disc impressions:
After grinding 35 sqm and removing at least half a point of cement in spots 1.20 x 40, the disc seems to have lost no material at all from its surface.
Dust collection system:
I don't know what I would do without a dust collection system, without exaggeration I took out about 15 Karcher WD 2/3 bags from the entire job. Tip: to make sense of a dust collection system, use it with a good professional vacuum cleaner with a large bag/bin. I got the smallest Karcher WD 1 and it was a nightmare to empty the bag every now and then.
General impressions:
Also, the box that comes with the grinder really fits everything inside. It has the dust system, under which I have put other discs and even sandpapers along with the Velcro base, it has a double handle for the grinder and I have also put 2 screwdrivers, a torx to remove the guard lever to attach special heads and a straight PH2 for the dust collection system.
Although heavier than other corner wheels, it is quite user-friendly, of course, its size is an issue. Nevertheless, it seems (I haven't used it for a long time) that it is a good tool.

Does the motor heat up moderately when you use it?
Everything is perfect, but it is heavy. Heavy equals quality.

The wheel constantly gets stuck. The tightening wheel broke. It also produces a lot of vibrations in the hand. I sent it back. I use it for amateur use without straining it. I also have a second wheel of a different brand.

It is an excellent tool. I have used it for countless hours, tireless, it doesn't understand anything, and it doesn't heat up at all. I have cut galvanized corrugated iron, 3mm hollow section steel, and even 12mm rebar, it cuts everything like butter. Also, when you start cutting, it has a mechanism that gradually starts the cutting and the disc doesn't get blocked during the process. It has a long cable for comfortable work, 4m. It has adjustable speed for different tasks. The protective cover has a switch, so by pressing it, you can easily move it to the position you need for better protection.
The screw that holds the cutting disc is automatic, meaning you can screw and unscrew the disc by hand, you don't need any tool to tighten or loosen it, saving valuable work time and eliminating the need to carry an extra accessory for tightening and loosening. It is slightly heavier than I expected, but otherwise, it is perfect!!!!! I highly recommend it without hesitation!!!!
I have angle grinders from many top companies, so I will speak generally:
As for construction, it is quite good, but it has a problem with weight and center of gravity, which Dewalt constantly advertises. What impressed me is that in the grinders from Hilti, Bosch, Metabo, Makita, and Flex, the clamping nuts (M14) are all the same. In Dewalt, the BOTTOM part is different, so you cannot easily find a spare part and you always have to be careful not to lose it. It is incredibly frustrating because most of us know that when changing wheels and discs, we use the same nuts and don't bother searching. If you lose it, you can't attach a disc, or you do it at a high risk. It's a big hassle and a big mistake that Dewalt made by modifying a universal clamping system, and for this reason, it loses a whole star.
Also, it won't stop working, but it gets hot. Intolerably so. (Most of the time, at least)
Lastly, its size for the wattage it offers is the largest in the market. It doesn't easily fit in tight spaces, so keep in mind that if you buy it, it should be for open use. It's not the grinder you take to cut a protruding piece of iron at an angle, nor the one you polish on a ladder.
It is a grinder for GENERAL USE. If you want it for your workbench, go for it. If you want it for outdoor work, no.
I had the same model for 12+ years, I had it for heavy professional use and the switch broke! 12 years!
So it was a no-brainer for me to get a wheel from the same company!
Keep in mind that I have worked with wheels from several companies, but this one has tremendous durability, it was the only one that never disappointed me!
The new model that I received yesterday seemed to me to have a very sturdy construction, very powerful and also quite comfortable in my work! I work with marble and mostly use it for polishing, my friend!

Perhaps the best angle grinder I have ever purchased.... I use it only for grinding and polishing due to its speed adjustment, and I can say that it performs at its maximum... It is difficult for it to even get warm even with prolonged use... Worth the money.
Just Dewalt! You get it and you're done! The only downside, perhaps, is its large size. Sometimes it restricts you due to its volume, but you can take it out and put it back in by hand!
Owner for two years now, I have drunk its blood and it has never let me down. I highly recommend it, although it is a bit heavy. I only regret not buying it with a carrying case.
