I read so many positive reviews and bought it.
I applied it on my sore shoulder
but I didn't see any difference except for this "burning"

It is the best heating gel I have ever bought! I apply it 20 minutes before tennis training, on my shoulders and knees, and it warms up the muscles in almost 10 minutes. It greatly facilitates training and I have avoided injuries. It absorbs immediately, does not have a strong smell, and its effect lasts for over 1 hour!

It provides great relief, we all use it at home, for neck pain, leg pain for sciatica, tendonitis, and lower back pain. It burns quite a bit, but you get immediate relief, even if only for a short while. It doesn't cure, but it really provides relief.

From personal experience, I put it on my neck and felt a warmth for about an hour and then it was like I never put anything on... Disappointing...

We have tried it with 3 people, I got burned a lot while one person felt nothing and the other person only felt a little heat

Strange gel, when I apply it on my elbows I don't feel any warming effect at all, when I apply it on my Achilles tendons I feel a superficial burning sensation after 15-20 minutes, it doesn't immediately and deeply warm the muscles like other similar products. I won't buy it again

The product is quite heating, relieves mild pain, if you have something more serious you need another cream I think, it is just enough for a relaxing pain relief

It does exactly what it promises! It lasts about 2-3 hours. I recommend using a small amount the first two times you use it as it is quite intense and takes some getting used to. In terms of scent, it is almost odorless.

Very good, it treats pain from any source. I used it for the pain in my neck and my mother used it for her arthritis, as well as my elderly dog who also has arthritis. I got it as a trial and I will buy more for the winter. Simply excellent.

It does what it promises and more. Great caution for those who use it for the first time, apply a minimal amount to the area you desire and wait a few minutes to see if you feel anything. Very good product and effective when used 3-5 times (as all products of this kind suggest) with massage on the affected area. It is the first time I am using it. The people in my family who use it range in age from 36 to 88 years old.
