The present edition is the result of the response received by the book Civil Passions: 23 questions and answers about the Civil War, which exceeded sales of 25,000 copies. It includes two new questions that arose during the presentations-discussions of the initial edition, specifically:
- How does the Communist Party of Greece remember the Civil War?
- What was the role of ideology in the civil war?
