Eleven double-sided narratives, where one half reflects the dark, wild side of human nature that plunges into the mud of instinct and seeks self-destruction in the whirlwind of passion, while the other half traverses the illuminated fields of logic, attempting to extend to the depths of the sky.

The author chooses the Centaur as the symbol of this dual world to indicate the reason that is inseparably connected to the horse in the same harness. Therefore, he leaves it to the reader to discover in these narratives which half of nature dominates, which world manages to express itself and survive in a game where nothing is unambiguous and nothing has only one aspect.

Diamantis Axiotes expresses his dual world with words shaped by a man who wandered in the depths of a rich, yet untouched tradition, only to get lost at high speed on illuminated modern boulevards, from where he listened and conveys to us the pulse of our era.
