A dictionary of legal terms is an essential aid for the student, but it can also prove useful for the lawyer and the average citizen.

With this goal in mind, the present dictionary was compiled. It contains the commonly used legal terms (mostly, at least), with a brief analysis and reference to the relevant legislative provisions.

It is not a legal encyclopedia dictionary and cannot be used for learning the various branches of law (although it can be used for knowledge checking or quick review by the student).
