I give it 4 stars because it is very affordable. The frame is only plastic. Nothing special, but for about 20€ it is decent. It is annoying that "UVEX" is written on the front part of the frame.

The build quality is very good, the lens has protection according to EU standards (obviously, don't look at the sun). It also has very good quality rubber both for the nose and behind the ears. If I have to mention a negative, it would be that the excellent case they come with does not include a cleaning cloth, but it is very negligible. They don't move at all during running.
