I give it 5 stars because I had tried it before and it relieved me quite a bit compared to not using anything and waiting for the cold sores to go away on their own. But now I ordered it for my little one and I realized that it's not suitable for children...

How bad is the taste? You put it on so you can eat, it does create a bubble on top and seems to protect it so you don't feel pain. Yes, I didn't feel any pain, but the sensation in my mouth was so awful that I don't know what's better: to eat without it and feel pain or to eat with it and feel like I'm eating rusty things. The taste was really unbearable, but it did create a bubble and I didn't feel any pain as if I didn't have a sore in my mouth, and believe me, it was to the point where I suffered and had no appetite to eat anything. It instantly protects with a very unpleasant taste in my opinion. The choice is yours... either pain or bad taste.

Some reviews that I read about unbearable pain during the application of the product, I cannot understand them because I have used it on two different areas and I have not felt any pain at all. Maybe the company has improved the composition of the product and it no longer hurts? I don't know, but I have been completely satisfied with it, even though they sell it for 9 euros at the pharmacy in my neighborhood.

It protects/isolates the infected area more with the film it creates, rather than healing it. In combination with another form of medication, it helps with faster healing. It has a nice scent that doesn't remind you of medicine. I do not recommend it for children because it leaves a tingling sensation.

Unacceptable product. When you apply it, it feels like pouring alcohol on an open wound. It irritates the area and slows down healing. As for the supposed film, it does nothing to allow someone to eat. The pain is still unbearable and you still can't eat. I would not buy it again and of course, I would not recommend it.

Better than the classic Pyralvex because thanks to the film that forms, it doesn't come off with the first liquid that passes through the canker sore area. However, it is somewhat hard to find.

It stings when you apply it (let's not complain, it's inevitable and not exactly pleasant), but it forms a film and doesn't irritate for the next period of time. Compared to other ones I have used, it lasts longer! I recommend it!
