The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It heats only the water that passes through it at that moment. There is no hot water storage tank. This has many advantages, such as energy savings, since only the water that is used is heated, and longer lifespan, as there is no water tank and no accumulation of salts in the resistance and other components.
It operates with electricity and is single-phase.
The instant water heater has an inlet pipe for cold water, which passes through the heating element, gets heated, and exits through the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is the pressure of the incoming cold water should not be too low.
The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat so that it does not exceed a maximum value. The temperatures that the hot water reaches are preset so that one can use the hot water directly, without needing to mix it with cold water.
The maximum temperature that it can reach for hot water production is 60 °C, while the maximum water flow rate reaches up to 4.5 liters per minute. Indicatively, 38-42 °C degrees are standard for shower use.

This is a very good and useful tool that every home should have. Instant hot water. Let's get to the point.
It has a 6-meter cable line and a bipolar fuse. All together with the electrician's labor costs about 100€. Installation is easy. I got the water supply from a faucet next to the bathroom with a spiral hose. You can use a thief to get water, for example, from the tank. You will only need a spiral hose for the connection. I don't think a plumber is needed for the connection.
The upper switch is for selecting the scale and the lower one is the pressure regulator. The lower the pressure, the higher the water temperature. To have hot water on the first scale, I have to lower the pressure a lot. On the second scale, I set the pressure somewhere in the middle and the water is fine. If I turn it all the way up, the water comes out boiling. Anyway, it has satisfactory pressure for hot water.
Now I'm a little afraid of getting an electric shock because it doesn't seem so waterproof. I believe that water can pass through the steam from the bottom where I have opened it for the cables and water supply. A good solution is to put silicone around it and seal it. This is my personal opinion because we are talking about 8.5kw. That is a lot of power. In general, it is an essential tool for a home. You can take a bath for as long as you want whenever you like. My family will definitely buy it for their homes too!!! I have had it for 20 days, so I don't know how it will perform in the long run. I will come back in about six months!
It is made of plastic, resulting in it being fragile. You are required to fit a copper fitting to a low-quality plastic pipe at the water inlet, while the outlet is also made of poor-quality plastic with a pressure relief valve membrane that is easily destroyed with the slightest pressure (such as when using the phone-shower), resulting in leakage (and it is not easy to find a replacement spare part). It also does not have rubber seals to waterproof the interior from water inlet, water outlet, and electrical cables.

Αυτή είναι η δουλειά της. Δεν είναι επίσης αλήθεια πως τη βαλβίδα αυτή δεν τη βρίσκετε εύκολα. Έχετε ΑΝ θελήσετε άμεση επαφή μαζί μας μέσω των μεταπωλητών μας ή στα τηλέφωνα της εταιρίας μας στην εγγύηση, στο internet κλπ όπου μπορούμε να την αποστείλουμε ή να την παραλάβετε ο ίδιος. It requires a power supply exclusively for this, 30A.
As you understand, the supply provided by the network to your meter is barely sufficient for the water heater.
The solution is to disconnect one of the two resistors it has and operate at approximately half the amperage, resulting of course in lukewarm to hot water in winter, but it's okay for summer.

BEFORE buying it, ask an electrician!!! I personally did not proceed with the purchase because the installation in the bathroom is difficult in an apartment with a single-phase electrical line, which no one mentions, and it needs its own line to come directly from the panel with its own 25-amp fuse... all because of these 7+ kW. The installation cost is high compared to the money you want to spend overall.
Also, nowhere do I read if the quantity and water pressure are sufficient for a shower or if it is small and inadequate compared to the network and the pressure it produces with a water heater or solar

AWFUL.... Simply unacceptable!
I had a water heater for 7 years (I have a photo of it) of an unknown brand, which would instantly produce hot water as soon as you turned on the faucet and it was silent.
I bought this one here because of the good reviews. What a mistake! I regretted it. You have to constantly turn it on and off, whereas with the previous one we simply opened and closed the faucet, it was automatic. It takes a minute to heat up the water and if you close the faucet afterwards, you have to wait another minute, resulting in unnecessary water waste.
The worst part is that as soon as you turn it on, it makes a loud noise that is very annoying.... Simply unacceptable, I regretted changing the previous one after 7 years.... The quality of the plastic is also very poor.
It's unbelievable that the unknown brand from 7 years ago was much better than the 2022 triton....
One word: UNACCEPTABLE, get another one.

Το μοντέλο που είχατε φαίνεται πως είναι πιέσεως δηλαδή κλειστής εξόδου. Το TRITON Anena είναι ανοικτής εξόδου και ελεύθερης ροής. Πρόκειται για εντελώς διαφορετική λειτουργία/χρήση/εγκατάσταση και προφανώς δεν φταίει η συσκευή για αυτό. Ουσιαστικά συγκρίνετε και σχολιάζετε 2 εντελώς διαφορετικά προϊόντα μεταξύ τους χωρίς πραγματική γνώση του μοντέλου που αγοράστηκε ! Θα έπρεπε να ζητήσετε περισσότερες πληροφορίες για τον τρόπο λειτουργίας της συσκευής πριν την αγορά της, αλλά ακόμα και μετά, θα έπρεπε να δει ο τεχνικός που την εγκατέστησε τις ελληνικές οδηγίες που συνοδεύουν τη συσκευή που αναφέρεται ρητό ο τρόπος σύνδεσης και λειτουργίας της. It arrived and it didn't work, so I sent it back to the store. The store said it was broken because I sent it to them. I said it doesn't work, but they fixed it by replacing a spring due to low water pressure. I agreed and told them to make the necessary adjustments for it to work. They sent it back to me without informing me of the cost, and then they asked for 30 euros for the work they did and the shipping, so the machine ended up costing me 180 euros. The machine, what can I say, it's mediocre since it requires specific pressure, etc. The dealership doesn't recommend it. I hope it doesn't break down and I have other transactions with them

Δυσκολευόμαστε να κατανοήσουμε τα γραφόμενά σας. Καταλαβαίνουμε πως η πίεση του νερού στο δίκτυο ύδρευσής σας είναι πολύ χαμηλή. Δεν είναι ελάττωμα της συσκευής αφού λειτουργεί σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές της. Στη περίπτωση αυτή προτείνουμε να μπει ένα πιο μαλακό ελατήριο (το δίνουμε εμείς) εντός της συσκευής και το πρόβλημα λύνεται. Αν δεν το αναλαμβάνει ο τεχνικός σας τότε πρέπει να έρθει τεχνικός μας στο χώρο σας (κοστίζει περισσότερο) ή να έρθει στο εργαστήριό μας και ουσιαστικά πληρώνετε μόνο τα μεταφορικά με courier (ταχυμεταφορές) για άμεση επιστροφή στο χώρο σας. Η ΓΕΝΕΜ έπραξε τα δέοντα. Στις χιλιάδες συσκευές που πωλούνται ετησίως στην Ελλάδα από TRITON AVENA λύνουμε κάθε πρόβλημα ακόμα και μετά από λάθος εγκατάσταση ή ακατάλληλες συνθήκες στο χώρο αυτής. Purchased on 24/11. Installed on the same day according to the instructions by a professional. At first, it worked by producing hot water and the only strange thing was a sound that resembled a faulty circuit. The same night it stopped working. The next afternoon, I took it back to the store after speaking on the phone and agreeing to exchange it. At the store, the salesman informed me that the ONLY thing he can do is send it to his supplier for inspection and they wrongly told me that it will be replaced.
Today, on 26/11, I was called by the supplier (GENEM) of the water heater. Their conclusion was that the installation was to blame for the machine's malfunction, without this coming as a logical sequence of the discussion that took place. Also, although it claims to have a safety valve, it did not work in my case. Additionally, I was informed that they already replaced the thermostat at a cost of 30€ (without me asking for it).
When you purchase a product from this specific company, you also purchase their specific technical support. The warranty I kept generally and indefinitely excludes everything: poor installation, poor maintenance, intervention by an unrelated technician (!), poor quality water, unsuitable materials (??), lightning strike, high pressure, etc.
The conclusion is that I lost my money. I am describing to you a product made of low-quality plastic, where by placing it, you can see inside that it is plastic again, poorly molded, without coherence, with components placed haphazardly. The old SOLCORE that I threw away after 11 years is a spaceship compared to it (all metal and well-crafted inside).
The water heater that ultimately replaced the faulty TRITON AVENA that they sold me has a warranty with only one condition: It does not apply if the sticker is broken, which would mean that someone opened it.
In conclusion, anyone considering buying it should read this text twice.

Τα 30€ που αναφέρετε είναι προφανώς μόνο ο θερμοστάτης , χωρίς χρέωση εργασίας (δεν έχουμε περισσότερα στοιχεία σας για να δούμε αν ήταν δωρεάν και τα μεταφορικά). Δεν μπορεί και δεν πρέπει να λειτουργήσει η συσκευή χωρίς θερμοστάτη. Για την ποιότητα της συσκευής καλύτερα ρωτήστε τους χιλιάδες αγοραστές της οι οποίοι την εγκατέστησαν ορθά μη ψάχνοντας δικαιολογίες για τη ζημιά που προκλήθηκε από μη σχετικό τεχνικό μιλώντας για άτακτη τοποθέτηση !!! των εξαρτημάτων της από το Αγγλικό εργοστάσιο με έναρξη το 1975 και με πολλά εκατομμύρια πωλήσεις ταχυθερμαντήρων παγκοσμίως από τότε ! Η συσκευή, όπως και κάθε άλλη, διαθέτουν πλήρη εγγύηση αφού πληρούνται οι όροι της. Αν επιλέξατε να μην επισκευαστεί η συσκευή δεν αφορά την εταιρία μας. Με εκτίμηση ΓΕΝΕΜ

It requires a 6mm power cable and its own safety switch on the panel. DO NOT use a 2.5mm or 4mm cable, it will not withstand it!
In use, it is a powerhouse! It starts to heat up in 10 seconds, we use it at 5 or 6 out of 10 and it works perfectly fine.
No issues with water pressure, even with the factory shower. Everything is included in the package, along with complete instructions in Greek.
The only downsides are: it does not have pre-determined positions inside the casing, so the user has to decide where to place the power supply and cut underneath to install the water supply hose.
Why would I buy a water heater again? Temperature adjustments or servicing are expensive, not to mention that it might start leaking or take a long time to heat up after a while, and of course, it costs extra money in electricity with the power company.
I regret not installing instant water heaters earlier...
