It doesn't give a close shave, but it's great if you're a soldier and don't want to irritate your skin. This razor is PERFECT. You just have to shave every morning to stay smooth. If you want to shave at night and wake up smooth, get the regular Fusion 5 that shaves more closely. But with this ProShield, there's no chance of getting cut or experiencing irritation

The Gillette Fusion ProShield razors are the best that Gillette has available to date. It is the razor that does everything perfectly. The only negative is that its replacement parts are hard to find and when I do find them, they are very expensive.

For those, who like me, shave daily, it is an excellent product. Just a light, against the direction of hair growth, pass and the face is smooth and most importantly, without cuts and irritations.

I have it for almost 2 months. Very satisfied and definitely an upgrade compared to the Proglide with flexball.
