But what is this Air Fryer after all?
Whether on Tik-Tok or YouTube, you've surely come across this coveted machine that promises healthy frying and cooking without oil, a daily habit: the Air Fryer.
What is an Air Fryer and how does it work?
The air fryer is an alternative solution to the classic fryer, which cooks food by heating oil.
With a series of fans, it transfers hot air around and inside the food, so that it is cooked evenly.
Its design prevents hot air from escaping, but evenly distributes it through fans in the food.
What is its main advantage?
What sets it apart is that for cooking food, a much smaller amount of oil is required compared to a traditional fryer or a simple pan.
The exact amount depends on each device and your taste preferences!
