The truth is, however, that there is one and it is - unfortunately - bitter: Gradually, these highlights translate into dryness and a dull appearance, which ruin the beautiful image of the hair. For this very reason, it is extremely important to pack in your beach bag, in addition to sunscreen for the face and body, a hair sunscreen.

My favorites are those in spray form, as they are super easy to use. Besides the fact that they protect the hair from the sun's rays, they also provide nourishment and hydration to the hair, while often “wrapping” it with the most wonderful summer scents. The result? They are softer and smoother, and even at the end of summer, their color still looks radiant.

For complete protection, you should spray the hair sunscreen on the lengths and ends every 2 hours. Of course, applying it does not give a free pass to endless hours of sunbathing. Once again, I will remind you to avoid sun exposure during the hottest hours, that is, from 10 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon, and of course to reapply your sunscreen - both on your face and body, as well as on your hair - throughout the day.

Extra tip! For even better protection, it is good to wear a hat or wrap your hair with a silk scarf in combination with using sunscreen - just like Hailey Bieber has been doing lately.
