Step 1

Start by taking a good foot bath: Soak your feet in a basin of warm water, salts, essential oils, or plain coarse salt. After 15-30 minutes of relaxation, remove your feet from the water and gently dry them.

Next, take care of the calloused skin using a wooden file or a pumice stone. Alternatively, you can use an electric foot file, and for even better results, you can also exfoliate with a scrub.

Step 3

Now it's time to moisturize the skin in the area using a foot cream, rich in nourishing ingredients. For even better results, after applying the cream, wear thick socks (and turn on the A/C!)
