Brunettes

Brunettes often have dark brown or black hair and their skin tone ranges from fair to deep shades. If you belong to this category, then the ideal colors for you are shades of emerald, blue sapphire, and ruby red, while deep purple enhances the richness of brunette hair. Earthy tones like terracotta and khaki highlight their natural warmth, while bright colors like turquoise, coral, and fuchsia create striking contrasts.

Avoid: Colors that closely resemble your skin tone, as they can create a washed-out appearance.

Blondes

If you are blonde, whether light or dark, or even platinum with fair skin, then pastel shades like soft pink, baby blue, lavender, and mint green flatter you the most. Bold colors like red and navy blue create impressive contrasts, while neutral colors like white and light gray accentuate the shade of your hair.

Avoid: Yellow or beige, as they can make your appearance dull.

Redheads

If, on the other hand, you belong to redheads with fair skin and a cool or warm undertone, then green shades like emerald and cypress suit you better. Warm shades like coral, peach, gold, and rich browns enhance the warmth in red hair, while vibrant colors like navy and royal blue offer striking contrasts.

Avoid: Intense reds and pinks that may clash with the natural red tones of your hair.

Black Hair

If you have black hair, then bold colors like vibrant red, cobalt blue, and vivid purple create the most beautiful and daring contrasts. Monochromatic tones like black and white offer a classic look, while metallic tones like silver and gold add shine.

Avoid: Shades very close to your skin tone, as they can create a washed-out result.

Gray or White Hair

If you have silver gray or pure white hair, you can choose from light to deep nude shades. Bold and bright colors like ruby red, sapphire blue, and emerald green add vibrancy. Soft pastel colors like lavender and powder blue offer a gentle appearance, while monochromatic combinations of black and white are timeless.

Avoid: Dull or muted colors that can make the overall appearance look dull.
