It's time for the new Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail. The game is the fifth installment of Final Fantasy XIV.

Having won the Battle of the Final Days, the Warrior of Light and his companions had started to find their own paths. However, fate would see them coming together again for a new mission, which will take them this time to the west - to the distant Turall.

The Story

In Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail, the Warrior of Light is ready once again to embark on the road to adventure.

In the city of Tuliyollal, located to the west, contenders prepare to compete for the throne of Dawnservant. The champion of Eorzea is set to accompany Wuk Lamat as her ally in this succession ceremony - an endeavor that calls them, beyond the sparkling seas, to the distant continent of Tural.

The battles that follow are foreseen to be fierce, as they navigate through the unique cultures of the many different races of Tuliyollal. Gradually, their journey will unravel the mystery of the legendary golden city and thus a new story for the new decade of Final Fantasy XIV will begin!

The Characters

The Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail finds Wuk Lamat trying to win the throne if she wants to maintain a peaceful nation for her people. Her childhood friend Erenville accompanies and assists her on this journey. Meanwhile, Krile also heads westward in search of answers, using her ability to perceive the intentions of others.

Competing with Wuk Lamat on this journey for the throne are the adopted son of her first family, Tuliyollal, Koana, along with the warrior and commander of the Landsguard, Zoraal Ja, and the fierce warrior Bakool Ja Ja. They are all vying for the throne against the powerful and perceptive Dawnservant Gulool Ja Ja, the current ruler of the city.

The skillful Thancred, the enigmatic Urianger, and the mysterious Enigmatic Maiden accompany the other characters and contribute to the development of the story.

Areas

The Tural consists of two large plateaus - the Xak Tural in the north and the Yok Tural in the south - the "New World" is located far west of the shores of Eorzea. The many different peoples of the region have spent centuries immersed in civil wars, until Gulool Ja Ja and the dream of Tuliyollal saw them united under the flag of a single nation.

Tuliyollal

The city of Tuliyollal stands on the slope of a mountain and is distinguished by the path from its coastal harbor that leads to the tall palace at the top, characterized by a multitude of terraces and staircases. Embodying the ideals of the nation with which it shares its name, this bustling metropolis constantly hosts people from all countries of Tural.

Solution Nine

This is a unique city with very tall buildings that was built by a completely different culture from that of Tuliyollal. What sequence of events could possibly bring you to this strange place?

The Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail will take you from the mountainous region of Urqopacha and Kozama'uka with their lush forests and rivers to the dense forest expanses of Yak T'el and the plains of Shaaloani. As the story unfolds, you will be able to discover new areas, meet different peoples, and undertake parallel missions that will complement the main story.

The addition of the brand new player types Viper and Pictomancer is accompanied by updates to the battlefield, including new actions for existing player types and an increased level cap.

At the same time, through immersive gameplay, you will discover new dungeons, raids, and other new challenges to test your abilities. And with a brand new graphics update, the highly anticipated female race Hrothgar, along with many other exciting additions and upgrades, will enrich this journey.
