Rebecca Yarros is an American author, who has written more than fifteen novels, many of which have been on the Best Seller lists of the New York Times, USA Today, Sunday Times, and Wall Street Journal!

The award-winning series The Empyrean

The first book of the Empyrean series, Fourth Wing, was released in April 2023 by Red Tower Books and in May it reached the fourth position on the Libro.fm best seller list. Since September 2023, the book has been on the New York Times best seller list for 18 weeks, and has been a success on BookTok, with the hashtag #fourthwing gathering 185.1 million views.

The second book of the series, Iron Flame, was released in November 2023, while Yarros has stated that the series will include 5 books.

From Paper to Screen

In October 2023, it was announced that Michael B. Jordan's Outlier Society and Amazon MGM Studios acquired the adaptation rights to create a television series. Liz Pelletier from Entangled Publishing and Yarros will be the executive producers on the upcoming series.
