So, in a reasonable amount of time the plates reach temperatures where you can cook meat, not just toast and with the intensity adjustment you can, for example, gently toast a toast to melt even hard cheese without burning on the outside. I have cooked everything from tortillas (perfect even cooking on the flat plates) to crepes and omelettes, cheeses like halloumi or feta and many more!”
